There are moments when we know something needs to change, but we’re not always sure how to begin. This intimate retreat creates space to step away from the familiar, turn inward, and explore what is ready to shift.
Through intentional preparation, ceremony, sound, movement, deep reflection and integration, you’ll be supported to explore your inner landscape, reconnect with your own wisdom, and begin bringing what you discover into the way you live.
We welcome all experience levels. Those who have stepped into their journey of growth and healing tend to resonate deeply with the workshops, tools, activities and programming of our retreats.
Everything is customized to the individuals in our small group.
Feeling “the call” of the medicine simply means that you have an inner voice drawing you, inviting you to sit with the medicine. You’re not taking the medicine to escape, numb or “for fun”. You’re not taking the ceremony out of guilt or because it’s the trendy thing to do.
We have fun at retreats and we also have serious moments of deep exploration and connection.
We only allow a limited number of participants (typically we have 6-8 participants and 2-3 staff) so that each person gets the personal attention they need and deserve.
A small group dynamic supports a safe space for connection, reflection and 1:1 time with the facilitator(s).
We recognize that being in a small group is outside many participants’ comfort zone. Every client who was initially apprehensive about being in a group setting has given us feedback that they would hands-down choose another small group retreat with us again. We invite you to step outside your comfort zone for these 4-7 days and see if you’d agree: Our small group dynamic is safe and supportive.
(There is also time in the schedule every day to spend some alone time in your room, on the terraces, in the pool or in nature surrounding the center.)
Those who are ready to explore the deeper layers of themselves while being held and supported in this safe, nonjudgmental space. Be open to learning more about yourself: your patterns, your strengths, your gifts, your purpose, your shadow and more.
Our intention is to dive within ourselves, seek our own inner wisdom, and observe without judgment what is revealed.
Our experienced facilitators are here to support you and to offer guidance if asked, but not to interpret your journey. We believe that everyone has their answers within; we support you in accessing these answers. The time of the Guru is over.
Integration support is included and we believe is a critical step to long-term success.
We’ve observed that those who aren’t willing to make an effort- we invite each person to take baby steps– when they leave retreat, often find themselves in the same patterns and mindsets, frustrated with life once again.
At retreat, we have sharing circles and 1:1 time available with facilitators. Participants also have integration buddies, lifetime access to two different private groups only for those who have journeyed with us, and a post session 1:1 with Intuitive Kasham.
If you feel it’s needed, we also offer additional sessions at a discounted rate for the tribe!
There is no time like the present to make the most of your life! No matter what you’ve been through, there is hope for your present and your future.
I (Kasham) say this from both experience and observation.
While we can’t guarantee that everything will turn towards the positive for you immediately, we have witnessed (and the overwhelming feedback is) massive change and growth in just a few short days- a truly pivotal moment in the lives of those who show up and do the work.
We find that when people use ceremony as a “last resort” and expect the journey to instantly “cure/fix” them, this often leads to major disappointment and often regression.
The ceremony is simply a (potent) tool in one’s journey. There is responsibility to integrate- post ceremony work that is vital. We are here to support you in your integration process.
Documentaries and Youtubers often share stories of curing and quick fixes. While I have witnessed this firsthand, there is also responsibility to integrate; more likely than not, the ceremony helps us discover a different perspective. Integrating this perceptive, slowly and gradually, into your life is where the long-term success comes in.
Sacred medicines must be honored and treated with respect. We never offer recreational use, as we believe this is misuse and abuse of nature’s medicine.
Our focus and intention is an inward journey of healing and personal growth.
Even if you don’t have any major traumas in your life, we can always learn and heal unhealthy mindsets, perspectives and find answers from our inner wisdom. We are ever expanding, growing, healing and changing.
Part of the beauty of how this medicine works is through the power of surrender and trust.
At our retreats, every workshop, dose and retreat is customized to each individual in attendance. Because of this, not every factor is able to be disclosed to you in advance.
We offer lots of details and upfront information so our participants are well informed and prepared. However, not everything is controllable – a fly in the ceremony room, a change in the schedule, not knowing the precise menu in advance, etc.
If you are someone who is not able to lean into the experience and trust the process, this retreat is not the right fit.
For people who are generally in good health, these medicines are extremely safe.
For certain medical and mental health conditions, as well as certain pharmaceutical medications and supplements, there are contraindications. We screen each client and offer alternative options to those who are not a good fit at time of application. We take supporting you in your healing journey seriously and have lots of experience and training behind us.
Please note that not all diagnoses are excluding factors. We work with a wide variety of issues and diagnoses.
Openness and honesty are critical to the safety of you, the other participants, the retreat center, us and the entire plant community.

For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of their lives. Like many of those I work with, my own path has required deep healing, and it continues to inform the way I hold space for others.
My path has taken me through therapeutic massage, emergency medical work, trauma-informed care, corrections, nonprofit leadership, sacred medicine, sound, and shamanic practices. While the settings have changed, the purpose has remained the same: creating spaces where people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.
Today, I lead transformational retreats, facilitate sacred medicine ceremonies, offer sound immersion experiences and shamanic drum journeys, and mentor others in this work. My approach blends intuition with practical experience, deep presence with personal responsibility, and ancient traditions with modern understanding.

Yes. Of course, there are some health conditions, medications and other factors that may make participation unsuitable.
This is why our screening process is so important. Please disclose everything fully and honestly during your application so we can assess whether the retreat is appropriate for you.
There are many factors that determine the exact weight of dried medicine you’ll take. We have a 1:1 session as well as your full honesty/disclosure on your registration to help inform dosing.
Generally speaking, a full (therapeutic and ceremonial) dose is typically 1.8g-3.5g, which is an inward journey, with the intention for deep healing. All doses are tailored for each participant.
Each person experiences the medicine in their own way. Generally speaking, some people are very visual, some somatic, some have highly sensitive auditory or olfactory experiences, or any combination of those.
It’s important to know that your body will remember to breathe and when you need to have a drink of water or use the restroom, you’ll become more aware of the present moment, being able to address those needs.
Many people feel a bit wobbly or have less sharp motor skills, but rest assured, we are available to support you, should you need assistance.
Most people like to lay down while in ceremony, as the body can sometimes feel heavy, and laying down is very comfortable.
The medicine has a distinct peak period, and comes in waves- making it feel stronger at times and at other times, you feel more present.
We send a lengthy email to help prepare you and guide you through what journeying is like.
Ceremony generally lasts around 8 hours. You’ll be in medicine typically from 5-7 hours.
Before we take medicine, I will go over some information and we ensure everyone is ready before we begin.
We make sure everyone has proper time with the medicine. We don’t rush the process and we aren’t on a strict timeline. There is plenty of time to journey and we honor everyone’s process.
We have a thorough screening process, for your safety, the safety of those journeying with you and for the entire plant community.
There are some medications, substances, mental health challenges that are contraindicated with Psilocybin.
Your honesty is vital and we treat your information with dignity and confidentiality.
If a Psilocybin ceremony is not right for you at this time, we have other modalities (that do not include psychedelic substances) to offer and address what is alive for you at this time.
When you complete your application, we ask for full transparency and honesty. You’ll share information about your history, experience, intentions, health and anything else that may be relevant to your participation.
We review every application carefully and, if we need clarification, we’ll contact you. We aim to make a decision within 48 hours.
If we determine at the time of application that the retreat is not a good fit for you, we’ll let you know and, where appropriate, offer suggestions or alternative resources. Any application that is not approved during the initial screening process will receive a full refund.
It is important to understand that this depends on complete and accurate disclosure. If pertinent information is withheld and is only discovered later, particularly information that creates a contraindication to participation, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
Full transparency is essential, for your safety, for the safety of the group, and for the integrity of the retreat.
Our team of facilitators are highly experienced and trauma-informed.
We are with you every step of the way. We are available to support you in various ways. For example, sitting beside you, holding your hand, giving you a hug, or guiding you through some calming breathing techniques. Simply raise your hand and we will be available.
We never leave participants alone (except in the privacy of the toilet of course). There is always a facilitator observing and available for the safety of all.
We also have a special blanket that supports those feeling especially anxious. All you need to do is raise your hand and ask for it.
We are with you every step of the way. After your application is approved, I will send you a thorough email that gives detailed guidance on how to prepare yourself for your retreat experience.
In brief, it involves making space for the experience and “clean eating” for the days leading to ceremony. Depending on your current lifestyle, this may begin 3-7 days before ceremony.
We also send a 2-wk guide with practical ways you can begin making space for your experience
Yes. We work with participants of all experience levels. Each client’s journey is their own unique path and we tailor workshops, dosing and the retreat to each individual.
Integration is equally as important as the ceremony itself. After the retreat, you will have 1:1 session(s), reflection questions for journaling and processing, and the option to join an Telegram group of support. This is all included in your retreat.
If needed, we also offer extra integration packages.
Our retreats are offered through a Conscious Contribution model. This means we invite you to reflect honestly on your financial situation, the value of the work being offered, and your capacity to contribute to the sustainability of this medicine and community
When participants choose to pay above the minimum contribution, those additional funds are placed into our Helping Hands account. This fund exists solely to support participants who are genuinely experiencing financial hardship
Because “financial hardship” can mean different things to different people—and because we have limited resources—we now offer a maximum of €100 Financial Hardship Support on an application basis.
This support is intended for those who feel deeply called to the work and who are committed to fully showing up for the preparation, the retreat itself, and the integration process.
Please note:
This is not a merit-based scholarship, but a needs-based support.
Funds are limited and not guaranteed for every applicant.
All participants receive the same care, respect, and quality of facilitation regardless of contribution level.
Please ask us for a link to our application if you feel you need extra financial support.
