I feel so blessed to have the spent the last few days on this retreat in the hills near Monchique in the Algarve.
It was my first medicine retreat and the spiritual journey was incredibly healing. The 8 person group felt like family in a such a short space of time and the itinerary in every aspect (sound baths, channeling, bodywork, ecstatic dance etc) was liberating beyond my imagination, let alone expectations.
So much love for Kasham and Douglas. I feel blessed, reborn and ready to re-engage with my life. 🙏
