I participated in an one day mushroom ceremony. I tried mushrooms before in party surroundings. So I thought the experience would be similar. But it was totally different. The energy created by the healers and the group was very strong. I felt super safe and cared for. I experienced strong emotions from painful crying while healing trauma to laughing with the pure joy of a child. Participating together with my boyfriend we got the chance to build a deeper connection which is still wonderful. I am super grateful for this special and priceless life experience. Olivia S.
