A NOTE ON THE CURRICULUM
The curriculum is a living framework rather than a rigid script. Sessions may shift depending on the group: material that needs more time can carry forward, while completed topics may make room for additional material. The final session is intentionally open for missed, supplemental or emerging topics.
LIVE • EXPERIENTIAL • PRACTICAL |
This is a retreat-style format that allows participants in the program to have practical, guided experience performing their skills. Even for those already leading sessions, this is a powerful opportunity to gain new skills and extend their toolkit. It’s also an opportunity to be held in an integral, safe container- which is challenging to find as a facilitator.
For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of their lives. Like many of those I work with, my own path has required deep healing, and it continues to inform the way I hold space for others.
My path has taken me through therapeutic massage, emergency medical work, trauma-informed care, corrections, nonprofit leadership, sacred medicine, sound, and shamanic practices. While the settings have changed, the purpose has remained the same: creating spaces where people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.
Today, I lead transformational retreats, facilitate sacred medicine ceremonies, offer sound immersion experiences and shamanic drum journeys, and mentor others in this work. My approach blends intuition with practical experience, deep presence with personal responsibility, and ancient traditions with modern understanding.
